To provide our customers with the best possible prices and convenient door-to-door delivery, we currently accept orders within the Auckland region only.

We are continuously working to expand our delivery coverage and hope to serve more areas in the future.

Pick-up is also available within Auckland. Please contact us via email to arrange a suitable pick-up time and location.

【Auckland】

We offer friendly and free express door-to-door delivery for most customers in the Auckland mainland area. However, NZ Post may be used as an alternative carrier, and their services remain free of charge. Please review the following conditions:

  1. Free Shipping: Orders over or equal to $45 NZD will qualify for free shipping Auckland.
  2. Accurate Information: Please ensure all personal and address details are entered correctly to avoid delivery delays.
  3. Delivery Timeline: Default Saturday Delivery, will prior message on Friday.
  4. Delivery Attempts: We will prioritize calling the provided phone number or knocking on the door. If no response is received, the package will be placed in a secure, hidden location, and we will document this with photos.
  5. Package Status: Packages left at the door are considered delivered, and we are no longer responsible for their status. However, delivery photos can be provided upon request.

【South Island】

Unfortunately, due to the high cost of postal services, we are unable to offer delivery to customers in the South Island or other regions outside the North Island.

【Vacuum Items】

  • Cat Litter Products: These products are vacuum-packed. During transit, there is a slight chance of minor air leakage. Please rest assured that this does not affect the quality or usability of the product.
  • Pet Bedding Products: Some pet bedding items are vacuum-compressed for shipping. Upon opening, some of the product may appear slightly creased. Gently patting or shaking the product will restore its original shape.
